We're here to help.
All your entries and goals are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (premium), they are also stored in your own iCloud account. Keept operates no servers and never sees your data.
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel Keept Premium from there. Apple handles all billing; we have no access to your subscription details. You keep premium access until the end of the paid period.
Nothing is deleted. All your goals and entries stay exactly as they are. The free version allows up to 3 active goals — if you have more, you can still view and complete them, but you'll need premium (or fewer active goals) to add new ones.
Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Check that you're signed in to iCloud on your device (Settings → Apple ID) and that iCloud Drive is enabled. Then toggle iCloud sync off and on again in Keept's settings. Sync requires an active premium subscription.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device. If you used iCloud sync, you can remove the app's iCloud data from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage. There is no server-side account to delete.
